Cancellation Policy
Minimum Number of Participants Our courses require a minimum of 4 participants to proceed. If there are not enough registrations 48 hours before the event, we will contact the participants. In such cases, we offer the choice to cancel with a full refund or to select a new date at no additional cost. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Customers can cancel or reschedule their reservation free of charge up to 48 hours before the event begins. Within 48 hours of the event, a cancellation or rescheduling fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged to cover fixed costs already incurred for event preparations. Rescheduling to another available date is allowed only once. If customers fail to show up for the event without prior cancellation or notice, the total amount will be charged to cover the incurred costs.
